The Foundation was created due to overwhelming support from the community for a scholarship in Michael’s name at Highland High School. The Foundation has now expanded it’s scholarship funding to other area high schools.
Scholarships are presented to students who clearly demonstrate a commitment to public service and express a desire to pursue a career involving public service. The student must also show intent to enroll in an accredited post secondary or trade school.
